We are happy to announce the celebration of this monographic meeting on pediatric brachial plexus; not only for the meeting itself, but for the opportunity to meet again and share our experiences in peripheral nerve and brachial plexus surgery after these complicated months of pandemic that we have lived through. To carry out this meeting, all the necessary sanitary measures will be taken to carry it out with absolute safety. This course covers all aspects of the pediatric brachial plexus, not just obstetric brachial palsy. Aspects related to tumors and viral infections of the pediatric plexus, which are not usually addressed in peripheral nerve courses, will be addressed in the same way. To begin with, the new diagnostic tools in obstetric plexus injuries will be presented. In a second part, the approaches to these injuries, the strategy, repair methods and results of these techniques will be discussed. We are waiting for you in León, a unique place to share our experiences.
